Made in Guam: Kingfisher's Noni

Every month, The Guam Guide shines a light on the island's creativity and craftsmanship in our "Made in Guam" feature. Discover unique finds, support local businesses, and take home a piece of Guam's spirit, all while supporting products that meet the high standards of the Guam Product Seal.

Bring a piece of the island back home with you with Kingfisher’s Noni, crafted from pure and natural ingredients. Kingfisher’s Noni began in 2002 as a small shop in Saipan, inspired by our founder’s personal battle with severe skin conditions. After discovering that chemical treatments were causing more harm than good, she turned to natural remedies and found that Noni was particularly effective for her skin. This led to the creation of their first product, Noni Tea, followed by handmade Noni soaps and shampoos. By 2008, Kingfisher’s Noni was officially established, named after the Mariana Kingfisher, a bird native to the Northern Mariana Islands that feeds on the Noni fruit.

They are now expanding from Saipan to Guam, working closely with Guam Economic Development Authority, Small Business Development Center, and Guam Unique Merchandise and Art to grow their brand locally and aim for global recognition.

Kingfisher’s Noni offers a variety of products, from skincare to healthcare. Their bestsellers include Noni Soaps and Noni Teas. They are excited to introduce their latest product, Noni Juice Sticks, which offer a convenient way to enjoy Noni Juice on the go.

Their products are available island-wide on Guam at major stores and hotels, including Bon Voyage gift shops, ABC Stores, JP Superstore, Vilage of Donki, Gift Guam, DFS T-Galleria, Lotte Airport, and more. You can also purchase their products on their website and on Amazon.

The base ingredients of their products are Noni fruit and leaves. The fruits are extracted and fermented for use in soaps, skincare products, and juice, while the leaves are dried and roasted for tea. They source their Noni from Saipan and collaborate with local farmers in Guam. Nearly all their products are made in Guam, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity.
