Located in the heart of Hagatna, Bonita Baby is a locally owned family business specializing in baby apparel and accessories. Jessica Leon Guerrero Stout started Bonita Baby in 2012, beginning with handmade bibs and accessories after the birth of her youngest child, Olivia. Jessica has three Bonita babies—Celia, Mikey, and Olivia. Collaborating with her brother, Joseph Leon Guerrero (Co-owner & Creative Director), and their mother, Margarita Leon Guerrero, they created a line of Guam-themed children’s apparel and accessories. The overwhelming support led to the opening of their own storefront in 2017. In 2022, Jessica passed away after a courageous battle against a rare kidney cancer. Her legacy lives on through her family: her brother Joseph, mother Margaret, and daughter Celia.
Bonita Baby is deeply rooted in the island’s culture, with a mission to preserve it through kid-friendly designs and products. Their brand embodies the warmth and Hafa Adai spirit of Guam, aiming to pass it on to the next generation. Bonita Baby is passionate about children and is proud to offer family-made and family-inspired products both online and in-store. All Bonita Baby products are locally designed by family members, and they continuously work on introducing new Guam-made designs.
