That’s exactly how Daddy Shane’s Raging Cajun came to be. This Cajun-Asian inspired food truck is a seafood lover’s paradise. Take a bite of their juicy prawn rolls or their meaty seafood loaded egg rolls. And of course, the fan-favorite shrimp seafood boil loaded with red potatoes, corn, smoked sausages, and large shrimps all soaked in a flavorful Cajun garlic butter bath. Drooling yet?
