Daddy Shane’s Raging Cajun

The seafood boil craze. Sound familiar? Scrolling through Instagram, you might have come across a reel of someone trying one of Instagram’s foodie obsessions – seafood boils. That’s exactly how Daddy Shane’s Raging Cajun came to be. This Cajun-Asian inspired food truck is a seafood lover’s paradise. Take a bite of their juicy prawn rolls or their meaty seafood loaded egg rolls. And of course, the fan-favorite shrimp seafood boil loaded with red potatoes, corn, smoked sausages, and large shrimps all soaked in a flavorful Cajun garlic butter bath. Drooling yet? For a spicy kick, try the jalapeno lean mean lemonade. Don’t knock it until you try it! Seafood boils can be messy, but don’t worry. The best part is you get to take your food to go and enjoy it right in the comfort of your own home. Catch Daddy Shane's Raging Cajun on Tuesdays between 4:30pm – 8:30pm or sold out at the Guam Farmer's Market.
