Learning the signs. Starting the conversation. Knowing how to respond. These are the steps that can save a life.
Guam Behavioral Health & Wellness is offering free, evidence-based trainings to equip our community with the tools to recognize risk, respond with care, and support someone through a crisis.
You don't need to be a professional to make a difference. You just need to be willing to learn.
