Nisha Nugent is the owner of QSuites, a flexible workspace designed to help entrepreneurs and companies thrive. With degrees in Finance, Accounting, and Healthcare Management, she's ready to support your business goals every step of the way.
Before launching QSuites, Nisha served 12 years in the Navy as a corpsman, while her husband recently retired after 23 years of service. In 2014, she visited Guam and fell in love with the island's family and community atmosphere. After 18 years as an entrepreneur and running her own tax and accounting business in San Diego, she is excited to build something for Guam's business-minded residents.
Co-Working to Full Business Support
QSuites started as a co-working space because Nisha saw a need for it post-COVID. But Nisha realized there was a greater need for satellite office solutions for small businesses. Overhead costs on Guam is a barrier for some businesses, so that is where QSuites steps in.
