“Lumåla’ I Estoria-ta” (Our Story Comes Alive) is a month-long observance dedicated to honoring self-governance, Chamoru identity, and the strength of our island community. The signature event, the Historic Revitalization Festival, will take place at the historic Plaza de España and will feature traditional experiences, exhibits, and live demonstrations.
