1. Dikiki Donuts
Have you ever had those county fair funnel cakes back in the States? Known as the “Hidden Gem of Goodness”, Dikiki Donuts offers pastries that make you feel like you’re at the county fair. Their top 3 best sellers are the glaze, powder, and cinnamon-flavored donuts. They also have other flavors such as Tropical Destiny, Coconut, Regular Sugar, and special gourmet donuts they have occasionally called “Amara’s Corner”. A yummy feature they sell is the Neni Packs which are temporarily unavailable but they are smaller packs of donuts with fun toppings such as fruity pebbles, ube drizzle, sprinkles, M&Ms, and much more. Come for the amazing street food potatoes and try their hot waffles on the stick! Happy Bites is a food truck well known for its Korean-inspired hot dog on a stick with a twist. If you're a fan of Hot Cheetos, be sure to get their Hot Cheeto flavored corndog. One of their other flavors amongst the many that we recommend is their Torando Supreme which is a crispy fried potato on a stick topped with Mexican seasoned ground beef, creamy garlic aioli, sauce, and tomatoes.

3. In and Out BBQ
If you’re feeling hungry after shopping at Home Depot, come check out the In and Out BBQ food truck located in the parking lot or visit their primary location in Tiyan. This food truck has been in business for 11 years now and is well known for its BBQ chicken, ribs, and their famous Tinala’ Katne (a Chamoru dish of dried and cured beef strips like beef jerky from the Marianas.) The Home Depot location serves regular BBQ items, burgers, and kelaguen while the Tiyan location serves a variety of dishes such as fried rice, soup, fried shrimp, and more!

4. Korned
With a mission to offer something unique and delicious food to their customers, Korned is a food truck known for Filipino-inspired dishes like the baked toasted siopao which is a steamed bun with various fillings, and their famous overloaded corn on the cob. The Overloaded Corn on the Cob is the inspiration behind their food truck name. Try their 3 popular flavors which consist of the original bacon, cheese, Japanese style, and coconut brown sugar. For meals to go, they have a garlic shrimp plate, smoked meat plate, and BBQ pulled pork plate. Their current special is the baked potato with BBQ Pulled pork which is a must-try!

5. Latte Grub and Reelz
If you're craving authentic Mexican cuisine you can catch the Latte Grub and Reelz food truck on Wednesday nights at Chamorro Village and on Thursdays at Skinners Plaza. A distinct feature is their homemade hot sauce known as “hot Dagan sauce”. If you are a Hot Cheeto lover, a unique addition they do is add Hot Cheetos to their quesadillas and tacos. Their homemade chipotle sauce is also loved by many of their customers. Taco Pete who is the creator of the special sauce and also the main food truck chef.

6. Manang Pika's
If you spot a red truck with a creative chili pepper design, then you have found the Manang Pika's food truck! They are well known for their famous birria tacos—slow-cooked beef soaked in rich broth and wrapped in freshly made crispy tortillas Other popular items consist of the loaded nachos, birria ramen soup, and quesadillas. They're looking to open a brick-and-mortar location, so keep an eye out for their new restaurant which is anticipated to open this holiday season at the ITC building in Tamuning.

Known for its bánh mì sandwiches and gourmet juicy burgers, you can catch this food truck on Thursdays at Skinners Plaza or some days of the week at Julale Center. A favorite we would recommend for burger foodies is the Half Pound Trucker Burger which is an all-beef patty stuffed with cheese topped off with bacon onion jam and another slice of cheese. You can also try their Vietnamese-inspired Tofu Banh Mi which is stuffed with Shitaki glazed tofu, cucumbers, cilantro, pickled carrots, jalapenos, and dinanche aioli!

8. 50 Calzone
If you’re a fan of calzones, then this is the right place for you! The food truck sells standard Kevlar bowls and SAPI pates for those looking for comfort in local foods. These include grilled teriyaki chicken, fried chicken, and a heart pot roast. Their top sellers are the .50 cals (tuna poke cannoli), One Kill (spicy pulled pork calzone), and BBQ Broadside (smoked brisket calzone). You can also catch them with pop-up services at events such as the Electric Island Festival (EIF) and at other local businesses/agencies such as Guam Memorial Hospital, University of Guam, and Freedom Park!
