This year's festival, which will be held at the Malesso' Veteran Sons & Daughters Pier Park, will run from 5 p.m. to midnight on Friday, March 28, and from 10 a.m. to midnight on both Saturday, March 29, and Sunday, March 30.
Experience one of the island’s largest annual celebrations–the Malesso’ Gupot CHamoru/Crab Festival. This event is a Chamorro celebration of southern hospitality featuring great food and barbecue, live music and dancing, Guam gifts and handcrafted items, friendly contests and carnival games for children.
But the real stars of the Malesso’ Crab Festival are the local land crabs. Crab culinary competitions, as well as contests for talaya (fishing net) throwing, Crab Catching, Tuba Drinking, Sack Races and Coconut Relays.
